U.S. #771 'Farley' Special Delivery MNH PNB of 6

#771 was a reprint of #CE1, the perforated variety. Issued as a sheet of 200 stamps, there were four panes of 50 to the sheet. Each pane produced a Plate Number, collected in blocks of 6. This is an issue of 1935 grouped with the Farley Issues of that year.
