Customer Privacy Policy

At we recognize that privacy concerns are of paramount importance and we treat all customer information with this in mind. First and foremost is the protection of credit card information. We process all transactions through PayPal, a recognized leader in internet transaction security. We do not maintain any customer credit card information on our computers as all financial transactions are managed through the PayPal Portal and never enter our records.

We encourage you to sign up for our newsletter. We only send one newsletter each month and only to customers who have opted in. No spam! And we do not sell, trade, or otherwise release any emails or customer information to third parties. We do send out mailers via the USPS as reminders for new supplement releases and other notices we hope will be of value to our customers.

Customer Satisfaction Efforts

Customer satisfaction with our products and service is important and is a daily commitment all of our employees are focused on.

At we offer our 'no haggle return policy'. If you are not happy with your purchase return the merchandise within 30 days and we will offer a full refund of the purchase price, or an exchange, as you request.

Please use original packaging, or comparable, to avoid damage during return shipping. Include a copy of the invoice, or your name, etc. that allows for tracking back to your original order.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are a significant element in many purchases, particularly with regard to albums and books and heavy paper and plastic collecting pages. We make every effort to find the most cost effective method of shipping an order, such as USPS Flat Rate Boxes when appropriate. But we al realize that free shipping is not free. It is either in the price of the item or in a shipping charge. We opt for the lowest possibly price and then the lowest safe shipping method, but have found over time that every nickel saved in packaging costs us a dollar in damaged products.
