Plate Number Coil collecting can be a fascinating challenge as the many varieties of dull gum and shinny gum, tagged and un-tagged (UV sensitive coating), and the many numbers, some common and some rare, for the many coil stamps issued by the USPS since the introduction of Plate Numbers on coils stamps in 1981 (Scott #1891). We maintain an extensive inventory of issues, common and rare, including many of the more sought after rare plate numbers needed to complete a PNC Collection.
