The Scott Federal and State Duck Stamp Album is an extensive two-volume collection with illustrated spaces for the hunting permit stamps issued by the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the 50 state governments plus many Native American Reservations. Supplemented annually, the annual supplements lag one year behind other supplements of the Scott National Album Series due to the time necessary to compile so many stamps from so many different issuing agencies.
