New this year, the Plate Block Supplements for Commemorative and Regular Issues in being combined into one supplement.

There are a total of 12 pages for stamps, Page 1 provides space for Scott 5361 which was omitted in the 2019 supplement. Pages 2-9 present the commemorative issues, Page 10 accomodates the American Landmarks Priority Mail and Express Mail Issues, and Pages 11 and 12 are for the regular issues.
